Therapy Works Together
Therapy Works Together is proud to offer speech therapy services online to children and adults of all ages. We need speech language pathologists who are:
- Experts motivated to help every family
- Caring and compassionate professionals
- Excellent communicators
- Detail oriented
- Motivated to work from home and create their own schedule
- Holders of a Masters degree, ASHA Certification and State license
Our experienced independent contractors are responsible for:
- Providing therapy and evaluations online (we'll provide the evaluation materials)
- Selecting high quality therapy materials for clients
- Designing effective treatment plans
- Interpreting and implementing evaluation results
- Communicating with parents and caregivers clearly and in a timely manner
We expect the incredible SLPs who work with us to be:
- Willing to accept a variety of ages and diagnoses
- Organized and able to manage their own caseload
- Excellent communicators with our admin as well as parents and caregivers during the therapy process
- Have experience with providing speech therapy online
The on-boarding process includes:
- Completing a brief on-boarding form and providing (the usual) documentation
- Setting up your HIPAA compliant email/Zoom/calendar accounts within 24 business hours to be ready to receive clients
Our commitment to the SLPs:
- To provide a supportive environment our SLPs
- To offer fair hourly rates to our speech therapists
- To never ask you to do anything unethical or against our ASHA code of ethics
- To communicate with you in a timely and professional manner
