We are a private pay practice and do not accept insurance at this time. Families choosing our services may end up paying significantly less per year that their insurance deductible.

Payments are made automatically through Stripe (we do not store your credit card information).

Any billing discrepancies are managed within 72 business hours.

No. Therapy frequency is recommended by your therapist. You can discontinue services any time.

 

Session cancellations must be be made 24 hours before your scheduled session by emailing your therapist to avoid a being charged for the session.
At this time we do not accept insurance.
 
We are happy to help you submit documentation to your insurance company by providing you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
 
All needed CPT procedure/diagnostic codes are included.Our session rate is often comparable or less expensive than in-network speech therapy.
 
Remember to find out if you need to meet a high deductible before your insurance company will reimburse for speech therapy.
 
We recommend getting a prescription for speech therapy from your pediatrician or doctor to increase the chances that your insurance company will reimburse you for services.

Speech therapy online is similar to traditional speech therapy except that you and your therapist meet on a Zoom meeting.

If you have any documentation from previous speech therapy or an evaluation, please have it ready to discuss as it will help the speech therapist provide a more specific recommendation.
