Yes. We believe that consistent attendance is critical for helping a client make good progress in therapy. Therapy is not always easy but not showing up or canceling at the last minute is disruptive to your progress and difficult for the speech therapists preparing for your session.

So, all cancellations must be submitted 24 hours before your scheduled session by emailing your therapist. Any session that is not cancelled with 24 hours notice is charged at the full session fee.

At this time we are considered an out of network provider and do not accept any insurance.
We are happy to help you submit documentation to your insurance company by providing you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
All needed CPT procedure/diagnostic codes are included. Our session rate is often comparable or less expensive than in-network speech therapy.
Remember to find out if you need to meet a high deductible before your insurance company will reimburse for speech therapy.
We recommend getting a prescription for speech therapy from your pediatrician or doctor to increase the chances that your insurance company will reimburse you for services.

There are no contracts. You can stop services for any reason and at any time.
