Why Parents Shouldn’t “Wait and See.”

 

“I didn’t talk until I was 3.”

20-30% of late talkers will NOT catch up.

 

These kids may have ongoing language and/or literacy issues that impact their academics and ability to socialize. Even the children that catch up on their own, continue to have persistent language and memory issues.

 

Research shows that the earlier a child receives intervention, the better the outcome will be.
